Coming up for fair - 

General 4-H Information  and Enrollment Form

Ready to have some fun and make new friends? Henderson County 4-H is for you! We offer programs and project throughout the year along with special interest clubs that meet on a regular basis. Currently we have cooking, shooting sports, horticulture, teen club and horse clubs that meet.

Click HERE to download and print an enrollment form for the 2017-2018 program year . After filling out the form, please mail to Henderson County 4-H, 3341 Zion Road, Henderson KY 42420 OR you may scan your completed form to dl_ces_henderson@email.uky.edu or fax to 270-826-8616.  When you submit you're enrollment form, you will begin receiving the 4-H monthly newsletter which lists upcoming meetings and project groups.  Please print, complete and return to Henderson County Extension Office - 3341 Zion Road, Henderson KY 42420. 4-H Youth Development programs and clubs are tailored for youth ages 9 to 18.

  • CURRENT 4-H MEMBERS ARE REQUIRED TO FILL OUT AND SUBMIT A NEW ENROLLMENT FORM EACH YEAR. 
  •  We are in each elementary school monthly during the school year for a club meeting. Look for your school's meeting date below and join us!
  • Should Henderson County Schools be closed due to bad weather or illness, remember that 4-H Events in Henderson County are also canceled and/or postponed.

Any interested person who would like to help support the growth of Henderson County 4-H, please contact Jeremiah Johnson at jeremiah.johnson@uky.edu or Allie Druin at allie.druin@uky.edu to discuss opportunities within the 4-H Council and areas in which the 4-H program is expected to need leadership.
